foam sprayed insulation throughout the boat.
water tank fitted at front 100 gallons water storage enough for a month before refill more or less, it was blacked 3 years ago top side painted at same time.
boat safety expiry 2011
lay out as follows from the back to front of the boat.
1 fitted double bed with draws underneath the bed giving lots of storage also one wall cupboard and a bedside cupboard with 3 draws.
bathroom with porta potti, shower, basin also has a 3 shelf cupboard next the shower. airing cupboard next door has a Alde gas boiler shelving and a clothing rail in it.
walk though kitchen has Vanette gas oven and a 4 burner gas hob built into the work surface with sink and lots of work surfaces both sides. 2 double door kitchen units and a single unit all base units space for a fridge there are also wall cabinets
removable table and seats next to side opening doors the seating has lift up tops for storage
open planned saloon /lounge area with little cottage wood/coal stove with fire place surround all tiled. sofa at end by front doors cabinet for TV/music system also has room for furniture in the area
very light open boat with large windows and light wooden floors nice tiled kitchen and bathroom. very easy to keep clean lots of room to make your own mark on her.
engine works well with no problems also gas locker outside on the deck
gas centre heating throughout, cat flap in living room area and storage at the bow end of boat
